Ordering:
Your Editors Keys order is subject to acceptance under these terms and conditions and may be refused for any reason, including without limitation, failure to obtain credit authorisation, unusual volumes, shipping addresses or under the discretion of the company directors.

Pricing:
The price for each product purchased is reflected on your order and will remain the price regardless of any subsequent price changes. In addition to the quoted price, you will pay shipping and handling charges plus all applicable taxes. You will only be charged one shipping/handling charge for each order regardless of the number of shipments. Payment in full is due prior to shipment.

Shipping:
All shipping is carried out by Her Majesties Royal Mail Postal Service from the United Kingdom. Editors Keys cannot be held responsible for any shipping problems, which may arise once the item is in the hands of the Royal Mail.

VAT:
VAT is not currently charged by Editors Keys.

Merchandise Damaged in Delivery:
If you received damaged or defective items, we will promptly send a replacement or refund the amount paid for the merchandise providing the item(s) are first returned in their damaged state. Contact orders@editorskeys.com and provide the following information: Full name of purchaser, your order number, the name of the product you purchased and your postal address.

Cancellations:
You may cancel or revise your order if we are contacted before your order has been shipped. To request a cancellation on an unshipped order, please contact orders@editorskeys.com and provide the following information: Full name of purchaser, your order number, the name of the product you purchased and your postal address.

You will receive an e-mail confirmation after your order has been cancelled or revised. We cannot cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process. Your option then is to request a Return Authorization.

Refunds/Returns:
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of shipment, under our 30-day money back guarantee plan, For a refund or a replacement (subject to product availability).

The process is as follows:
Contact orders@editorskeys.com and provide the following information: Full name of purchaser, your order number, the name of the product you purchased and your postal address.

All merchandise should be returned in its original packaging with any accessories which were delivered with the product. If the keys have been applied to your keyboard we cannot refund your order, unless the goods are faulty. Please use recorded delivery for your shipment. When your return has been received, your refund will be processed within 48 hours. The refund will be made for the amount you paid for the merchandise, plus tax and shipping charge.
If any of the above conditions are not met, www.editorskeys.com reserves the right either to refuse the return or to charge a restock fee of not less than 20%.

Limitation of Liability:
Under no circumstances, including but not limited to negligence, shall either Editors Keys be liable to you for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages even if you have advised us the possibility of such damages, arising from use of or inability to use any products purchased using this site, including but not limited to, loss of revenue or anticipated profits or lost business.

Applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. In no event shall Editors Keys combined total liability to you for all damages, losses and causes of action (whether in contract or tort, including but not limited to, negligence) exceed the amount paid by you for the products purchased using this site.
