Thanks Mike, Yes you'll be pleased to know the keyboard can be used with Pro Tools 12.4
How do I disable the Mac function keys (F1-brightness, etc) so they can access the smart tool (F1-shuffle) on my Pro Tools Wireless Slimline? I downloaded the drivers, and while all the shortcuts are woking on the keyboard, they're not working on the function keys. Thank you!

Hi, please press FN, then the F Key to access those shortcuts. (Hope this helps.)
How do I disable the Mac function keys (F1-brightness, etc) so they can access the smart tool (F1-shuffle) on my Pro Tools Wireless Keyboard? We downloaded the drivers and karabiner but can't get them to stop launching iTunes etc.
By Jamie on January 1, 2017
You can press FN, then the F key to access the normal Pro Tools shortcuts. Hope this helps.
I've installed the hybrid software to use with my mac, but the two command keys are mapped in the wrong place. I keep having to press the alt/windows key to carry out any command functions. How can I solve this please?
By Phil on March 8, 2017
Hey Phil - The Karabiner file should turn this around for you? Please try installing this again or you can use our video:
Does the "dongle" that you provide with your Avid Pro Tools wireless Keyboard have to be plugged in a usb port? i.e. is it taking up a usb port slot on my mac? If do can you explain what the dongle os an if or how it's plugged in to anything. One reason I want a wireless keyboard is to save on usage of usb ports .
By darryl on May 27, 2017
Great question - The dongle does need to be plugged in, as this makes the wireless connection possible between your computer and keyboard.
It also works with any USB hub.

A massive improvement to my workflow!
By: Jake on October 20, 2016
This is one of best purchases I've made for my writing room in a long time!
It allows me to access and control Pro Tools from multiple places in the room, from multiple screens.
Whether I'm sat at my desk editing, behind my drum kit hitting record or in front of my MIDI piano editing patches I always carry my wireless Editors Keys with me.
Thanks! This has been a MASSIVE improvement to my workflow.
