Returns Policy

At Editors Keys, we aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. It's very rare we get a return, however If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your item(s) under the following conditions:

1. Return Period: You can return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase.

2. Condition: The item(s) must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging. Otherwise your return maybe refused or a restocking fee charged.

3. Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items cannot be returned.

4. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

5. Faulty Items: If the item is faulty, we will cover the return shipping costs and refund the original shipping fees. Please contact us at info@editorskeys.com for instructions.

6. Shipping Costs: Unless the item is faulty, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Premiere pro wireless keyboard

Really pleased with the keyboard. I’ve already found a couple of shortcuts I didn’t know existed. Nice keys / backlight settings are great. Must remember to switch it off tho or the battery decreases.

Mostly Perfect, missing shortcuts.

Got my US version keyboard this week and have been happy with it so far. The action of the keys are great and combined with the wrist gel pad (highly recommended), it feels extremely comfortable to work with for extended periods of time. I purchased this keyboard primarily for its low profile and back-lighting and of course the indicated shortcuts.

That being said I was surprised that the first shortcut I checked (cutting a clip using Ctrl +K on PC) was not indicated on the keyboard, which is odd as I use this almost more than anything else when editing. Based on this and after a quick check it turns out most of the 'Ctrl +' commands have been left out of the design which I assume is due to some keys not having enough space for additional text, although some definitely do.

Overall quite a nice product and I'm happy with the purchase so far.

EDIT FASTER & SMARTER

Editors Keys has produced many cool products for content creators - and their Premiere Pro backlit keyboard is designed to help you edit faster and more efficiently. The keyboard shortcuts being printed directly on the keyboard make it much easier to learn and remember them, though it's limited to shortcut defaults.

Great for editing on premiere CC. I've only had it for a few days and it already has made a huge difference.
