Version 1 · 29 September 2026

These terms apply to keyboards you design or personalise with our Keyboard Builder (“Custom Orders”). They sit alongside our standard Terms of Service. If the two conflict, these terms apply to Custom Orders.

1. Your artwork

1.1 You confirm that you own, or have the owner’s permission to use, every logo, name, image and piece of text you upload or type (“Your Artwork”), and that printing it on a keyboard for you will not infringe anyone’s trade mark, copyright, design or other rights, or break any law.

1.2 You give us permission to use Your Artwork only to check, proof, print and deliver your order, to deal with any warranty claim or reprint, and to keep a record of it. We will not use Your Artwork in our marketing without your separate permission.

1.3 If you order for a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.

2. Our right to refuse

2.1 We may refuse or cancel a Custom Order before it is printed if we believe Your Artwork may infringe someone else’s rights, or is offensive, unlawful or unsuitable. If we do, we will refund you in full.

2.2 We check files for print quality and obvious problems. Our check does not confirm that you have the right to use Your Artwork; that remains your responsibility.

3. Responsibility for claims

3.1 Business customers: if a third party makes a claim against us because we printed Your Artwork as you asked, and the claim arises because the promise in clause 1.1 was untrue, you will indemnify us against the reasonable losses, costs and legal fees we incur as a result.

3.2 Consumers: if you break clause 1.1, you are responsible for the losses we suffer that are a foreseeable result of that.

3.3 Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights or makes you responsible for losses caused by our own fault.

4. Proofs, approval and print quality

4.1 The on-screen preview and downloadable proof are a guide. Colours can vary slightly between screens and the printed keyboard.

4.2 When you place your order you approve the design as shown, including spelling, wording, logo position and size. We print what you approve, so please check any text carefully.

4.3 We print from the file you upload. Small or low-resolution images can print less sharply than vector (SVG) files. The builder warns you if your file may print poorly; if you go ahead, the result will reflect the file you supplied. If we think a file will print badly, we may contact you before printing.

4.4 Your logo is printed in colour. White areas of your logo, and anything you add to the right shift key, are left unprinted so they show the white keycap and glow with the backlight. Very fine lines and very small text may not reproduce clearly.

5. Cancellations and returns

5.1 Custom Orders are made to your specification, so the 14-day right to cancel online purchases does not apply (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, regulation 28(1)(b)).

5.2 If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. If we have not started printing we will try to help, but we cannot guarantee it.

5.3 This does not affect your rights if your keyboard is faulty or not as described. Every Custom Order comes with our 1-year warranty against faults.

6. Records and your files

6.1 We keep a record with your order of your acceptance of these terms, including the version and the time you accepted.

6.2 We keep Your Artwork for 12 months after your order is dispatched so we can deal with warranty claims and reprints, then delete it, unless you ask us to keep it for future orders or to delete it sooner. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data.

7. General

7.1 We may update these terms for future orders. The version that applies to your order is the one you accepted when you placed it.

7.2 These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
