This is a replacement wireless dongle for the Editors Keys Slimline Wireless keyboard
Pairing Instructions.
Here are the steps to pair your wireless dongle with your keyboard:
- On the back of the keyboard, there is a pairing button.
- Put in batteries and switch on the power (it's important you do this part first). Then, whilst positioning your keyboard as close to the dongle as possible, insert the dongle into your computer and then click down the pairing button on the back within 15 seconds and hold down for 10 seconds. The keyboard will now search for the best wireless single and pair with your keyboard.
- If this method doesn't work, press and hold the Esc + K for 5 seconds instead of the pairing button to complete a new pairing between the dongle and keyboard.
Returns Policy
At Editors Keys, we aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. It's very rare we get a return, however If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your item(s) under the following conditions:
1. Return Period: You can return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase.
2. Condition: The item(s) must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging. Otherwise your return maybe refused or a restocking fee charged.
3. Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items cannot be returned.
4. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
5. Faulty Items: If the item is faulty, we will cover the return shipping costs and refund the original shipping fees. Please contact us at info@editorskeys.com for instructions.
6. Shipping Costs: Unless the item is faulty, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
7. Late Returns: If an item is returned more than 30 days after purchase, we reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee. Returns are not
8. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
9. Consumer Rights: Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to return faulty goods within 30 days for a full refund. Additionally, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods for a full refund, including standard shipping costs, as long as the item has not already shipped.

11. Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Otherwise, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.
12. Return Method: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@editorskeys.com for return instructions. Ensure that the items are securely packaged.
13. Handling Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
14. Frequent Returns: We reserve the right to refuse orders from customers who repeatedly return items, as determined at our discretion.

To make ordering from the EU as smooth as possible, we use the IOSS system for qualifying orders.

For orders with a total value below €150, EU VAT is collected at checkout.
You’ll see the correct VAT rate for your country during checkout.
Your parcel will not incur additional VAT charges on arrival.

For orders above €150, IOSS cannot be used.
