Returns Policy

At Editors Keys, we aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. It's very rare we get a return, however If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your item(s) under the following conditions:

1. Return Period: You can return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase.

2. Condition: The item(s) must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging. Otherwise your return maybe refused or a restocking fee charged.

3. Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items cannot be returned.

4. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

5. Faulty Items: If the item is faulty, we will cover the return shipping costs and refund the original shipping fees. Please contact us at info@editorskeys.com for instructions.

6. Shipping Costs: Unless the item is faulty, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

A workhorse!

Bought this keyboard as a replacement to my broken apple one. As a digital artist I work in a dim lit environment and I needed a backlit keyboard. And as a clumsy person, it had to be robust as well. Now, after two years of abuse, it's still like the first day I bought it. Furthermore, when I broke a key (see sausage fingers) a few days ago, Mark and Rob who run the Editor Keys were very accommodating and sent a new one free of charge.

That being said, I'm very happy with my purchase and I'd pick this product even over a genuine apple keyboard. The quality and the costumer service are unbeatable!

Illuminated Mac Keyboard

As a Film Editor and Lecturer, I have the need for a comfortable and yet practical keyboard
that is suitable for a wealth of requirements for both worlds. Film editing relies on keyboards
being an extension of the editors hands, allowing the ideas instructions and responses of
editing craftsmanship to flow without distraction of poor design or the causes of fatigue.
Lecturers require the keyboard to also perform over long periods with the key action aiding
the writer to execute academic papers or journal articles with ease, giving an almost
traditional feel to typing that has been lost with other current keyboards. The Editors Keys
Illuminated Mac Keyboard fits this double profile very well.

In conclusion, I would highly recommend this Illuminated Keyboard. The size might feel
large to some users, due to being use to the Apple keyboard size but if you don’t mind
some extra desk real-estate being used then you won’t regret it. There is very little to not
like and with the price set, it is very competitive. If you are an editor who has bought a new
Mac recently and wants a larger keyboard that has a good responsive touch and action
then this is the one for you.

Bought this when my apple wired keyboard died after years of abuse. It looks great, feels solid under the fingers, and customer service was excellent - they went the extra mile to make sure I got my replacement quickly!
