Eye Strain Reduction

Eye strain is a big problem for most computer users and for editors working in a dimly lit room the problem can be much greater. Did you know you can be causing yourself to suffer with eye strain, back pain and neck pain?

We worked with Optical Express in the UK to ensure we developed a product which would help remove these problems.

Returns Policy

At Editors Keys, we aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. It's very rare we get a return, however If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your item(s) under the following conditions:

1. Return Period: You can return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase.

2. Condition: The item(s) must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging. Otherwise your return maybe refused or a restocking fee charged.

3. Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items cannot be returned.

4. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

5. Faulty Items: If the item is faulty, we will cover the return shipping costs and refund the original shipping fees. Please contact us at info@editorskeys.com for instructions.

6. Shipping Costs: Unless the item is faulty, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

7. Late Returns: If an item is returned more than 30 days after purchase, we reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee. Returns are not

8. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

9. Consumer Rights: Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to return faulty goods within 30 days for a full refund. Additionally, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods for a full refund, including standard shipping costs, as long as the item has not already shipped.

Good Quality - Pricey considering the included features

The keyboard itself is quite sturdy. I have had this keyboard for several years now and no keys have failed yet. I find the slim keys to be very useful, as typing is easy. The tags on the keys are more useful than you think - they help you memorize the shortcuts after looking at them for long enough. I don't really have to look at the keyboard anymore for shortcuts.

One minor thing I dislike is that the wire stemming from the keyboard does not have very robust support. Some simple reinforcement would suffice. The true reason I didn't give 5 stars is the price.

If you want an alternative to paste on shortcut stickers this is definitely the best choice.

Good, Small things I would change however

I just wish however that I just didn't have to rely on some third-party macro software just to adjust volume easily. On the keyboard, I found that the button that has a mail icon on it I found that it will mute/unmute my audio, which is interesting, I assume that that button was made to bring up my mail application or something, but for me, all it does is mute/unmute, I am not upset about this at all as I would rather have a mute/unmute button than a Mail one, but still, it is interesting that there is a button with a mail icon whose function is Mute/Unmute. The only other thing that I wish was slightly different is the resistance that the keys provide. While I like the chiclet-style build of the keyboard, this small distance that the keys have to travel for a press to be registered is great, however, some of the keys especially the bigger ones (like the CTRL or WINDOWS keys) provide very little resistance to the point where I feel like I'm not really pressing a button, feels like I'm just kind of setting my finger there and the key registers a press. It makes me wonder that if in time this issue will become worse making the weight of the key itself register a press unintentionally, hopefully not. These are more nitpicky issues than anything, so overall I enjoy and like the keyboard.
